The team has the same source context for the decision.

Access can be adjusted as the work and team change.

One place to pick the work back up.

Bring contributors and reviewers to the same source-backed context, rather than asking each person to reconstruct the work from messages and attachments.

Clear access, practical workflow

Shared work, with a clear boundary.

Roles are designed to make the workspace practical for the people involved, while keeping access tied to the workspace rather than scattered across personal tools.

Workspace ownerAdmin · manages access
ContributorEditor · moves work forward
ReviewerViewer · checks the context

A shared view, not another handover.

Keep the people and the work connected without losing the source context that made a decision possible.

FRAGMENTED WORK

Send the files, then recreate the context.

Different attachments, different messages and the same question asked again in another thread.

Bring the people to the context.

The source material and relevant work remain in one workspace for the people who should see them.

Questions

Bring people in with purpose.

How do I start a workspace?

Start with the source material and invite authenticated people when their contribution or review is needed.

Can we control who has access?

Workspace roles include Admin, Editor and Viewer, so access can be set according to the work someone needs to do.

Are shared workspace chats visible to everyone?

Current workspace chats are owner-private. Collaboration centres on shared source material, roles and the surrounding workspace context.

Is our material used to train models?

Customer work is not used to train models.
