How does the monthly usage work?
Every plan includes a monthly usage allowance: Light on Free and Advanced on Standard. You'll always know where you stand, and you can upgrade the moment you need more.

Can I cancel or change plans anytime?
Yes. Standard is cancel-anytime with no contract. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel whenever you like.

Is my data private on every plan?
Yes. On every plan your files are never used to train any model, and stay isolated to your workspace. Isolation is the default, not an upgrade.

How is Zylox different from ChatGPT or other public AI?
Zylox works only from your material, cites the evidence behind every answer, and keeps everything separated by workspace, built for work that needs sources, access control, and a record.
